💰Betting Mechanism

The OCC betting mechanism utilizes a Parimutuel Betting System.

1.Before a match begins, the platform's system contributes a foundational amount of funds to red and white match's cash pool. Following this, players can engage and place their bets on the match. As bets accumulate on a specific side, the cash pool for that side grows correspondingly. Subsequently, the total amount wagered is added to the reward pool.

2.After the conclusion of the match, the distribution of prizes will be as follows:

• The winner will receive a reward from the prize pool. However, 5% of the total amount will be deducted.

• Each winner's reward will be determined based on their proportional contribution to the total bets placed by the winning side. Furthermore, house liquidity will be incorporated into the prize pool.

Note: House liquidity not subject to the 5% deduction regardless of whether it wins or loses, only players do.

For Instance:

Before a match:

• House liquidity: 10,000 COX each for red and white.

• Each player (A, B, C, and D) bets 5,000 COX. Players A and B choose white and lose the game, while players C and D choose red and win.

Settlement After a Match:

• Bet per Player: 5,000 COX.

• As all the wagered amount of Red White Draw will be add in the reward pool.

• Reward Pool Calculation: 5,000 (A's bet) + 5,000 (B's bet) + 5,000 (C's bet) + 5,000 (D's bet) + 10,000 (White House liquidity) + 10,000 (Red House liquidity) = 40,000 COX.

Distribution of Winnings:

• Red House Liquidity Share: 40,000 x (10,000/20,000) = 20,000 COX (this amount is not subject to the 5% deduction).

• Winnings for Each Winner (C and D): The remaining pool after the house's share is: 40,000 x (5,000/20,000) x 0.95 = 9,500 COX.

• Fees for each winner (C and D): 40,000 x (5,000/20,000) x 0.05= 500 COX.
